Emily Broder is the Associate Director, Jewish Outreach and Partnerships, for ADL (Anti-Defamation League). A former teacher and recruitment consultant, Broder enjoys the rewarding work of connecting with community members and organizations. She graduated the University of Michigan in 1998 with a Bachelor in Psychology and earned a Master’s in Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, from the Loyola University Chicago. She is also a Recruitment Consultant with Specialized Talent Solutions, LLC, and a Private Tutor and Advocate, fostering academic and social-emotional independence in students by leveraging individual strengths to support student needs. From 2017 to 2018, Emily was a Gifted and Talented Specialist with Cherry Hills Village Elementary School, in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado, where she created individualized plans to support academic development in conjunction with social-emotional needs for gifted and twice exceptional students. From 2011 to 2017, Emily was a Gifted and Talented Specialist with Pine Ridge Elementary School, in Aurora, Colorado, where she supported the unique needs of Gifted and Talented students through collaboration with other educators, parents and mental health providers.
