The FJMC Shomrei Ha’Aretz Affinity Group will host it’s next Zoom event on Tuesday January 24, 2023 at 8pm Eastern featuring Fred Davis, President of the Massachusetts Jewish Climate Action Network, a leader, a professional and an advocate in the arena of clean energy since 1978. To register visit: https://www.fjmc.org/shomrei-haaretz-fjmc-affinity-group.
“In this fun webinar-workshop, you’ll learn how to run a “Decarbonizers” program this year’, says Shomrei Ha’Aretz Affinity Group organizer Scott Kadish, a Brandeis graduate of Judaica Studies. “It’s a super-powerful, super-easy, peer-to-peer program, designed to motivate members of YOUR local synagogue/community to substantially reduce carbon in their households. You’ll work on the steps, how it fits into climate activism, also the obstacles.”
