NEWSFLASH – On Sunday March 12, Team Israel will come to “loanDepot Park“, home of The Miami Marlins, to play in the 2023 World Baseball Classic. The World Baseball Classic is an international baseball tournament sanctioned by the International Baseball Federation and the World Baseball Softball Confederation in partnership with Major League Baseball. The tournament is the first of its kind to have the national teams of the International Baseball Federation featuring professional players from the major leagues around the world, including Major League Baseball (MLB). The World Baseball Classic provides a format for the best baseball players in the world to compete against one another, while representing their home countries for the title “World Champion”.
