The FJMC International Convention is coming to Chicago, July 3 to 6, 2025. Be ready to “Embrace Change, Energize Communities.” FJMC event co-chairs, Mark Givarz and Jay Steinmetz invite you to join with more than 400 attendees at the Sheraton Grand Riverwalk Hotel for an outstanding week of camaraderie, learning, touring and prayer. Pre-convention activities include a visit to iconic Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs for a baseball game against the Cleveland Guardians, a daytime tour of “Jewish” Chicago and an evening boat ride on Lake Michigan that includes a menu of deep-dish pizza, beverages and fireworks’ display, and a tour of Chicago’s Griffin Museum of Science & Industry, the largest science center in the Western Hemisphere and includes such exhibits as the Henry Crown Space Center, U-505 Submarine, and the NASCAR Next Generation Ford Mustang. And there’s more, within a short walking distance of the Sheraton Riverwalk, there are opportunities for shopping, strolling down Chicago’s Magnificent Mile on Michigan Ave., and taking in all the sites and sounds of the eclectic Navy Pier grounds and the scenic Chicago River showcasing one of the top-ranked and celebrated river walks in the U.S.
