The FJMC is seeking members of Men's Clubs and Brotherhoods to be part of the FJMC SRE Task Force.
  • A message from FJMC Executive Director Rabbi Noam Raucher

As you now know. in an endeavor to create safe spaces for all, FJMC joined the Safety, Respect, and Equity Network. We are looking for several members of our community to join our SRE Task Force to help us with our annual review and responsibilities throughout the year. The Task Force is expected to meet at least 6 times a year. If you would like to be part of this necessary work, please reach out to Rabbi Noam Raucher at NRaucher@FJMC.org. Thank you for your partnership in this work.

As a member of SRE Network, we are committed to:

– Being on a journey toward implementing the SRE Network Standards.
– Assessing our progress on that journey through the annual SRE Network Standards Assessment (which we recently completed for 2023).
– Joining a learning community committed to creating safe, respectful, equitable workplaces for all.
– Furthering gender equity and addressing gender-based discrimination and harassment in our Jewish workplace.

Please Step Up To Help: Join Our SRE Task Force

In Brotherhood,

Rabbi Noam Raucher
