The Temple Beth Torah (TBT) Brotherhood of Wellington, Florida is an incubation chamber for leadership development. The Florida Region of FJMC International is honored to announce TBT Brotherhood immediate Past President Paul Gaba was featured in the Fall 2025 issue of Central Michigan University’s “Centralight Alumni News” in recognition of being named President of the Florida Forensic League (FFL), a prominent speech and debate organization that serves schools throughout the state of Florida.
The Florida Forensic League (FFL) functions as the overseeing body for both local and state-level speech and debate competitions within the State of Florida and is associated with higher-level competitions organized by the National Speech and Debate Association (NSDA) and the National Catholic Forensic League (NCFL). The FFL’s emphasis on speech and debate provides students with valuable skills such as effective communication, critical thinking, research, and public speaking. Through its organized competitions, participants have the opportunity to showcase their talents and abilities on a broader stage, representing their schools and regions.
