For many years at both FJMC Biennial Convention and the annual Leadership Development Institute, FJMC leaders on both the regional and international level have provided outstanding presentations about skills for becoming a more effective and better leader. A new initiative, begun at Convention 2019, was to tape these talks, and make them available online for use and viewing by our regional and club leadership.
